Experience the bliss of a Yin Yoga practice for yourself. Set aside an hour to completely relax and rejuvenate with this instructor-led live online class. We will progress through a series of, mostly seated, postures which are held for a couple of minutes, enabling the body to release all the stored-up tension and allowing energy to flow freely through your system.
Get yourself ready with a mat or rug where you can stretch out, a couple of cushions or a bolster (if you have one) and switch off all your notifications so you can enjoy an undisturbed hour of bliss.

I have been teaching Yoga for over 12 years and have been practising for over 20. It is my privilege to share this ancient practice with others and my mission is to get as many people as I can to experience the joy that yoga brings.
Yoga found me when I was working in a stressful job in London in the Nineties. I belonged to a gym where I worked out and attended aerobics classes. One day there was a notice up advertising a yoga class. Not quite knowing what to expect, I went along and before long, I was hooked. I had always enjoyed the 5 minutes stretch you get at the end of an exercise class and here it was for a full hour – bliss! My gratitude goes to Lisa, my very first yoga teacher.
I continued to practice yoga on a weekly basis for several years and found it really helped to maintain my sanity and to keep my body healthy.
My regular practice continued after I went to live in Singapore and throughout both my pregnancies. Then, one of my pre-natal teachers suggested I should consider teaching yoga myself. The thought had often occurred to me when lying in Savasana that, “This is so good, I should be sharing it with the rest of the world”. And so I came to the Vivekananda Yoga Centre (VYASA) in Singapore for my Yoga Instructor Training, with Manoj Thakur, where I completed my 200 hour Yoga training.
Subsequent trainings have included Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley and Pregnancy Yoga Training with Sally Parkes.
In 2012 I undertook the Meditation Teachers Training with Vikas Malkani of SoulCentre Singapore and am now one of his certified trainers for Meditation Made Simple, Meditation in Action and Masters of Meditation.

Rosie's Yin Yoga intro class was great! It was the most soothing and best part of my day. Her voice is clear and takes you to a calm and energizing place. Would definitely take this class again!Derek on December 31, 2017 10:13 am
